No more meetings for 2024! See you all next year!
Our club holds meetings the second Saturday of every month running from April to October. They are held at the Union Township Hall in Fife Lake, Michigan.
Each meeting is potluck! Please bring a dish to pass!
Next Meeting Date: April/May 2025. The meeting is still potluck, so please bring a dish to pass and your own beverages(non-alcoholic of course).
Our club will be resuming our normal meeting schedule this year with meetings being held on the second Saturday of every month until September due to the Mackinac Bridge Crossing taking place this year.
Notes from the last meeting(September 2024):
-Secretary's report, Treasurer's Report, Membership Report.
-The Board of Directors conducted an asset review of our items at the town hall as well as our other assets.
-The Board of Directors will be reviewing/amending the Bylaws for the club over the winter months.
-Memorial Board discussion. As of right now, we are planning to get another board with 30 slots on it to accompany our existing board which has one remaining spot left.
-Dale Hassett made a motion for all Board Seats to remain the same due to the majority of the meeting attendees being on the board already. Motion carried.
-Steve Larson made a motion to leave all club officers the same for the same reasons as listed above.
-The club voted on our charitable donations for 2024. We will be donating to the "22 to None" charity, the Salvation Army, and the "Tunnels to Towers" fundraiser.
-Buckley Old Engine Show review.

-Manton Labor Day review.
